Shipping

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. For international deliveries, additional customs duties or import charges may apply. Studio Vandré is not responsible for such fees or delays caused by customs authorities.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, a written notice (e.g., by e-mail) is sufficient.

Please note:

• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from returns.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
