1. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of the Studio Vandré website and to all orders placed through the Studio Vandré online shop. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Products

Studio Vandré creations are produced as unique pieces, limited editions, or small series. Variations in material, finish, or color may occur and are part of the concept of uniqueness.

Products from the Studio Line may be restocked in limited batches, but only as long as they remain part of the Studio Line. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. Capsule and Art Line creations will not be restocked once sold out.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding purchase request. The contract is concluded once Studio Vandré confirms your order by e-mail.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. Payment is due immediately via the methods offered in the shop.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Germany. Delivery times vary by destination; estimated times are shown during checkout. Studio Vandré is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., customs, shipping providers). Any additional customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons.

To exercise this right, a clear declaration (e.g., by e-mail) must be sent to Studio Vandré

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected, using the original payment method.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under EU law. This does not apply to normal wear, improper use, or modifications of the product.

9. Use of Website

The Studio Vandré website may only be used in compliance with applicable law. Any misuse (e.g., hacking, scraping, or unauthorized use of content) is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, texts, and images are the property of Studio Vandré. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

Studio Vandré is liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence. For cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable, typical damages only.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_de.
Studio Vandré is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Regensburg, Germany, where legally permissible.
